Our Story
For more than 30 years, I have been part of the food industry, with my roots deeply connected to traditional food and specialized in meat. Growing up in a family devoted to this craft, I learned from an early age the value of quality, tradition, and respect for the ingredients. These experiences shaped not only my skills but also my passion, which I now bring to every dish we prepare for our guests.
Each step was a new challenge, but it was also a way to share my love for food and hospitality with more people.
Eventually, I decided to move permanently to Denmark and work in food industry here, where I gained valuable experience in running a business abroad. After some years I was given the opportunity to open my own place at the Street Food market that allowed me to bring the flavors and traditions of Greece to Denmark.
I have chosen to continue this path because it is not just a profession – it is a part of who I am. From my earliest memories, food has been more than sustenance; it has been a way to bring people together. Cooking, sharing meals, and seeing the joy it creates is what inspires me every day. For me, this work is not only about preparing dishes, but about creating experiences filled with warmth, tradition, and passion.
